You will begin with your first or Earth chakra and connect with Mother Earth with an Incan K'intu ritual and guided meditation in the Pachamama garden. Treat yourself to a flower bath under the stars.
You honor the water chakra elements on a breathtaking hike with a sacred water 'Yaku' ceremony. There will be time for an optional personal flower essence consultation before your restorative Yin yoga class.
After flow yoga to move your fire energy, you will be invited to experience an authentic coca-leaf reading followed by an Andean offering 'despacho'. You will release your 'despacho' to the Andean mountain spirits 'Apus in an outdoor fire ceremony.
After a nurturing yoga class, you expand your heart chakra with a heart-opening cacao ceremony and crystal bed therapy to align your energies. Spend some time alone in your 'Sonqo; garden to hear what your heart is telling you.
Following an expressive yoga class, you focus on your throat chakra. Experience sound healing by an inspired local musician with amazing instruments. There will also be an option for a temazcal (sweat lodge) and cold plunge pool.
You are now ready to open your third eye or sixth chakra with an optional San Pedro ceremony or a vision quest to a sacred Incan Cave. Walkthrough the spiral garden and witness the full expression of your inner and outer vision.

Our two beautiful state-of-the-art sunlit yoga/dance studios are perfect for classes or lectures. They are heated, have a modern sound system, hardwood floors, fit 25+ and 60+ mats comfortably, and are fully equipped with mats, cushions, straps, blocks, and thick Andean wool blankets. Either studio can be set-up as conference spaces as well, for screen projection and seating. The larger studio is 1750 square feet.
In secluded gardens, the round Takiwasi Music Room and Yachaywasi Wisdom Room, and the oval Pachañawi Earth Eye are available for group ceremonies, gatherings, and meditation sessions.
Each of our Seven Chakra Gardens contains symbols, shapes, sculptures, and medicinal plants that resonate with one of the classic seven major chakras, or energy centers, of the human body. Feel free to integrate them into your own group work.
The well-being of your participants is enhanced by delicious organic vegetarian meals served daily. The food is grown on-site at Willka T’ika, and vegan and gluten-free options are readily available.
