Yoga helps the mother to accept and manage the changes following the pregnancy in physical, psychological, hormonal and emotional level.
Prenatal Yoga includes light physical and breathing exercises, relaxation techniques and creative visualization.
Mother’s participation in such a prenatal yoga class is completely safe, however it requires the agreement of obstetrician – gynecologist in any case.
The benefits of yoga in pregnancy :

A 35% deposit of the total price is necessary for your booking, and the balance should be paid before the retreat starts. You will find the bank account for deposit on "contact us" page. In case you can not participate in this retreat, you can cancel up to 40 days before the retreat starts and you will receive your deposit back. In case you leave during a program for any personal reason, Breath of life is not obliged to return money back. If the cancelation is made by “Breath of Life ” company, our center will return the deposit in full. Breath of Life reserves the right to cancel the course at any time if the minmum number of participants is not reached or if any major occurrence out of our control takes place previously to the commencement of the course. In this case any amount paid by the student will be refunded in full. The fee: For a 60 minutes session is 60 euro. You can get a discount, if you ask for a package of 5 sessions for 250 euro or a package of 10 sessions for 400 euro. There is no cancellation fee as long as there is a 48-hours’ notice or you cannot attend the session due to unforeseeable circumstances. During the treatment process, Maria is flexible, intuitive and effective.
The security deposit is non-refundable if you cancel your reservation. The remainder of the payment is due 30 days prior to your arrival.
