Started as a Yoga Centre with a beautiful community of voluneers, students and teachers offering various classes, energetic journeys and mind expansive workshops. We have since decided to focus our energy on offering a comprehensive Alignment Yoga Teacher Training to set off deep transformations in our students' lives and practical experience of yoga. We have our trainings thrice a year, with our teachers deepening their understanding & approach of yoga by being part of intensive courses in the times between trainings.
Nestled in the lush greens and tranquility of Pranayama Garden, we are located just a few hundred meters off the pristine waters of the Gulf of Thailand on the magical island of Koh Phangan.
