They are based on a minimum of 5 people and maximum of 30 and can take place at anytime throughout the year. Due to it being bespoke the duration is also flexible and can range from 1 day bootcamps to 7 day residential retreats. They can also be on a self catering, bed & breakfast, or an All Inclusive basis which gives you a greater choice.
Our Portugal venue is based in Albufeira, Algarve and it is a perfect location for your fitness holiday. We offer a 5 or 7 night break, and the venue is a Luxury Villa with private pool that sleeps up to 14. We can tailor your fitness holiday around your group, including adapting the schedule to your preferred times, and including your favourite fitness sessions/workshops. We can even arrange evenings out and excursions.

Morning:

7:30 AM - Outdoor exercise session in the scenic surroundings, such as hiking, jogging

8:30 AM - Breakfast

9 AM - Interactive workshop or seminar on topics like nutrition, mindset, or goal setting

10:00 AM – 12.45PM - Variety of fitness sessions

Midday:

1:00 PM - lunch to replenish your energy (don’t fancy cooking? there are lots of nice places locally to grab a bite)

Afternoon:

1.30  PM - Relaxation time to unwind by the pool, enjoy a massage, or take a leisurely walk

5:00 PM – 6:00 pm - Afternoon fitness session with a focus on strength training, yoga, or Pilates

Evening:

7:00 PM - Dinner – we will give you options to eat out as a group at local restaurants, and the BBQ will also be fired up too
