You will study together in a theoretical and practical way what this means and how it can be useful in our daily lives. As well as the different ways of preparing the whole body to vibrate easily, thanks to Yoga in particular.
You will end the course with a shamanic practice called a Sweat Lodge, during which you will have the opportunity to put into practice what you have learned.
The sweat lodge (Temazcal) is a thousand-year-old ritual among the native Mesoamerican peoples. It represents the womb of our mother earth, within which the elements enter into alchemy to offer us a journey beyond time, a space of prayer, healing and rebirth. Jenna will prepare you to welcome this moment of transformation, thanks to Yoga, breathing and in-depth work on the connection between breath and voice-medicine.
Yoga, physical-energetic practices and shamanic rituals will stimulate the seed of transformation planted in the soil of your Being.
