Reconnect with yourself and nature. A relaxing retreat that combines healthy food, yoga, hiking, creativity workshops and meditation. Your day will start with a soft dynamic yoga session (breathing, meditation, morning flow), centered around a theme. In the morning and afternoon, an exploration activity or workshop in line with the theme, will help you reconnect with yourself and nature. You will have enough time for yourself during which you can enjoy the pool, hammam, and even well-being massages. If you want, you can enjoy relaxing sunset yoga classes in the evening. The surrounding nature, the swimming pool, and the hammam contribute to body and soul rejuvenation. But just as important are the times of exchanges during the meals and discussions on many other personal development topics during workshops. The moments of conviviality, solidarity, and sharing each other's experiences are magic in this beautiful setting.
08:30 - yoga or meditation
10:00 - juice or breakfast
11:00 -14:00 Hiking: The hikes are gentle, quiet, with regular breaks. Ability to return earlier (a person will pick you up) or on the contrary to extend the hike from one to two hours for good hikers. For the others, a hike of three hours is proposed. Three "levels" are therefore possible depending on your condition.
14:00 - meal or juice(depending if you fast or not)
15:00 -17:00 Rest, care, reading, swimming, and optional massages and wellness treatments. This time is a privileged moment to give the body the calm necessary for a good detoxification. Sleep is important, it allows deep regeneration and optimizes the benefits of fasting.
17:00 - Yoga workshop or sunset meditation
19:30 - Broth or meal and culture. In front of a good smoking broth or a vegetarian meal, you will discuss the topic chosen in the morning : spirituality, health, nutrition, tantra, psychology, etc.
Some yoga classes can be replaced by writing or creative workshops if all the group wants to.
