ULU Aerial is rooted in traditional Hatha and Vinyasa yoga. Each morning includes a two-hour guided class to stretch, strengthen, and balance the body and mind. Classes are suitable for beginners, but also dynamic and challenging.
Analyze poses one by one in detail to learn safe practice, alignment, common mistakes, plus beginner and advanced variations. The poses are taught in order of a carefully designed sequence supported by a training manual and video series.
Combine yin yoga and physical therapy techniques with long held deep stretches and traction to decompress the spine, relieve back pain, access deeper layers of fascia tissue, plus release trauma and stress to promote somatic self healing.
A creative exploration with two people working together in one swing for enhanced traction, balance, and acro skills in ways you never imagined possible. It is incredible fun and makes for great group bonding and amazing pictures.
Learn to flip, fly and link everything together to create dynamic sequences. How far we go depends on the overall level of the group. However, even beginners can succeed in the basic techniques and we aim not to exclude anyone.
While most people just take this course for fun, it takes seriously the teacher training aspect. You will practice teaching every day plus design and teach a complete class. By the end of this course, you will be a confident instructor!
Examine the construction of the spine and learn how to cure back pain with traction and decompression. Receive additional online classes for more detailed information about muscles, bones, fascia, functional anatomy, and biomechanics.
Aerial Photo Shoot
Remember this experience forever with a glorious photoshoot. This will take place on the hillside next to the yoga shala, which has an incredible ocean view. There is not a professional photographer, but you will have exceptional quality pics.
Finish the course will an amazing traditional yoga practice on beautiful Bingin Beach. This is not an aerial yoga class, but instead a mindful journey to help integrate your training experience and connect with Mother Nature.
For an additional $20 ULU Yoga can arrange a trip to a beautiful outdoor wellness center on the cliff with an ocean view infinity pool, hot and cold plunge, infrared sauna, steam sauna, nightly bonfire, and glorious sunset.
This course is suitable for beginners with no experience. You will try a variety of dynamic workshops, but not complicated poses. The only advanced workshop is Aerial Acrobatics, which will test your limits, but not go beyond them.
During this training, you will practice with ULU Yoga's amazing AirSwing, which has cushion padding offering greater comfort and stability compared to regular aerial hammocks. It's much easier for beginners and you will love it!
Receive 5 hours of online videos with complete classes for Aerial Vinyasa Yoga and Restorative Aerial. For an additional $100 you can purchase the complete online training, which has an additional 7 hours of asana labs, plus workshops for partner aerial, acro aerial, aerial acrobatics, aerial massage and more.

After completing this course you will receive a 50-hour Aerial Yoga Teacher Training Certificate, which Yoga Alliance members can log as Additional Training / Continuing Education. ULU Yoga graduates teach all over the world.
