Sacred Journeys Yoga believes that the practice of yoga is a continuous journey that you can hop on at any stage of your life. Joining a yoga retreat is about exploration and play while setting a strong foundation to support the best version of you. Fill your cup up first and watch the rest naturally overflow with joy and abundance. When we come together in Costa Rica we will dive deep into the practice. Each day includes two yoga practices, in the morning to invigorate and in the evening to restore, and two daily meditation or pranayama practices. In between will be daily workshops and excursions to participate in as well as plenty of free time for reflection, conversation, quiet time, and journaling. There will also be a few special evening events mixed in for games, movies, dancing, and play.

What you put into your body is just as important as what you do with your body. The meals in this retreat are a sacred part of the process and Sacred Journeys Yoga incorporates a mindful eating practice throughout. They offer three healthy, hearty vegetarian meals a day. There will be plenty of vegan and gluten-sensitive options and they do their best to accommodate most dietary concerns.

A reservation requires a deposit of 14% of the total price. The deposit is non-refundable, if the booking is cancelled. The rest of the payment should be paid 10 days before arrival.
