The yoga that Vincent practices is a postural yoga inspired by vinyasa and hatha yoga. The teaching he offers is an "open" yoga. It will allow you to revisit the fundamental principles of yoga in different areas, postures, pranayamas, meditation without ever locking yourself into one type of practice.
You will have yoga times in the room with rather slow, fluid and creative sequences in the spirit of vinyasa flow and more structured, more rigorous times in the spirit of hatha yoga. You will also have more experimental moments intended for posture alignments and individual corrections.
Vincent places great importance on the practice of pranayamas. You will therefore approach breathing on both a theoretical and practical level. You will leave with breathing protocols to implement in your daily life if you wish and above all you will understand the meaning of these breathing practices (feeling and understanding)!
During the creative workshop, Vincent invites you to discover a painter from the first half of the 20th century. This is an opportunity to explore the history of art and perhaps provide you with personal insight into how modern art can be approached. You will try to create bridges between your physical practices and small plastic art workshops, a wink to awaken your creative potential.
