Yoga as Therapy
Yoga Therapy is the adaptation of Yoga to a particular set of people - those with health problems. Although general Yoga Classes can often help resolve mild health problems, they may be ineffective for serious conditions.
Yoga therapy tailors Yoga to Individuals, taking into account of their medical condition, constitution, and life situation.
The Dr. Edward Bach healing method
Learn the Theory and the practice of how the Dr. Bach Flower Remedy method reverses a negative feeling into a positive feeling.
Together with your Dr. Bach Practitioner, you will work out your individual Bach Flower Combination.

Daily breakfasts are included in the price. Lunch, snacks, or dinner can be prepared by using the well-equipped master kitchen. Usually, the teachers are a team working on this task. A vegan restaurant is right across the street from their yoga academy as well as an organic shop.
