Day 1 :
17:30 - 19:30 Opening circle and slow flow around the root chakra and the pelvis to arrive in the workshop, anchor yourself and set your intention

Day 2, 3 and 4:
08:00 - 09:00 Meditation, energizing pranayama and kriyas (kapalabati, nauli - internal purifications)
09:00 - 10:30 Postural and dynamic practice: vinyasa flow, postural alignment workshops, thematic workshops (detox, opening of the heart, inverted postures)
10:30 - 11:30 Grand buffet brunch, time for discussion and sharing
11:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Free time: idleness or walking on the beach, massages, hammam, beauty treatments at the magnificent spa, energy treatments (bowls and reiki), surfing, visit of the surroundings
5:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. Regenerating practice: depending on the evening: slow and prana flow, recovery yoga with the use of supports, pranayama, yin and yoga nidra, discovery of the sound bath with Tibetan bowls

The richness of the flavors of the Moroccan soil is put at the service of a healthy, light, fresh and fragrant cuisine, composed mainly of products from organic farming from a farm in the region. Thanks to the proximity of the fishing village, fresh fish are in the spotlight, brought back every morning by small-scale fishing boats.
Many vegetarian or vegan dishes, gluten-free and lactose-free, are also available to meet everyone's needs.
