Our amazing chef, Zaira, will cook for you 3 delicious, nutritious, vegetarian/vegan meals per day.
During the retreat, she will cook Temple food for you. This sattvic food does not overstimulate the system (nervous and digestive); which means, not too spicy and has no garlic or onion.
It helps the process of meditation practice as it helps to calm the mind.
