In a protected circle of women you will practice Yin Yoga and shamanic/energetic healing work to strengthen your connection and strength and clear your energies. You expand your perspective and can look at your life from a different perspective. The intensive practice and energetic support creates a deep letting go process on the physical as well as on the mental/emotional levels. You come back into full connection with yourself and your body, which sometimes also means first accepting and accepting what is. This is how healing can happen on its own. 4:30 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. - Workshop (mobility, self-defense basics, awareness training)
6:30 p.m. - Dinner
8:00 p.m. - 8:45 p.m. - Workshop (deep relaxation, shamanic/energetic work and consciousness training/sharing)
There is a free afternoon/evening around the middle of the week.
