This wellness weekend is centered around yoga, nature and pleasure. The proposed yoga workshops are there to help you discover the different facets of yoga, deepen your practice and learn about yourself.
The outdoor activities offered aim to make you enjoy the beautiful surrounding nature located between lake and mountains. By forgetting the car, you will use your body to keep it in shape and you will take the opportunity to clear your mind.
And don't forget that you are here to relax and especially to have fun! No obligations, only opportunities! The goal of this weekend is to feel good, and the moments of sharing around quality food and the relaxing breaks contribute to making this weekend a pleasant moment.
Of course, the stay is open to all, without distinction and without prerequisites in yoga. From beginner to advanced, everyone will have and find their place.
Yoga: you must bring your own equipment. The day's yoga classes will be held outdoors if the weather permits.
Outdoor activities: in the event of bad weather making outdoor activities impossible, quality alternatives will be offered.
Breakfast, brunch, and snacks are vegetarian, but lunch and dinner may contain meat. If you have any special dietary requirements, please let us know in advance.
