Choosing this atypical course is a bit like choosing the path that goes up the mountain, with wind, a little snow, big climbs. You don't come out of it unscathed. In fact, you come out of it grown, alive, nourished by a new strength and energy. It is a real experience that transforms you. Because this path, this course will take you far from your comfort zones, because it will push you to go beyond your structures, your thoughts, your patterns, your prejudices, your kept emotions, everything that limits you, hinders you, to really be what you are, to truly be. You will practice kundalini yoga every morning. A powerful and energizing yoga. You will also be guided in nature, in the surroundings, there are menhirs, beautiful views, big trees, lots of rocks and the deep silence of nature to walk, meditate, sing, connect, return to the source, return to oneself. At the end of each afternoon, you will be invited to follow a rebalancing and gentle yoga practice through the practice of deep relaxation, meditation and mantra singing.

Arrive at 5:00 PM on the stage: opening of the venue, installation in the rooms
6:00 PM - 7:00 PM: 1st practice of yoga
7:00 PM - 8:00 PM: Ayurvedic, vegan and organic dinner

08:30 - 10:30: Pause petit-déjeuner
10:30 - 14:00 : Relaxation and meditation in the open air (pique-nique over the return of the météo) and/or workshops de pratique et de philosophie yoguique: stress relief, emotional control, mental control, liberation lessons, etc.
2:00 PM - 5:00 PM: Time for rest and pause
5:00 PM - 7:30 PM : Relaxation, meditations, chant the mantras
8:00 PM: Ayurvedic, vegan and organic dinner
Day 3

Stress is the biggest factor in creating illness. Stress is also an important reason for many people to start going to yoga class. Helping people to lower their stress level is an essential skill of a yoga teacher.

In this Level 2 module, you will look at your own balance between Vitality and Stress. Where does stress come from, in body, mind, and emotions? What is the difference between stress that exhausts you and stress that gives you energy?
How do you take care of yourself? How do you prevent the build-up of toxic stress and how do you get rid of it, once you have it?
In this module, you will come to a new understanding of your life now, heal your past and learn from it, and connect to your destiny. It will be a week of healing, transformation and expansion.

In this module, you will come to a new understanding of your life now, heal your past and learn from it, and connect to your destiny. It will be a week of healing, transformation and expansion.
The Lifecycles are a wonderful tool to look at your life: how did the pieces of the puzzle come together? Which choices did I make? Where am I at now and where am I going? How can I live my highest potential?
In this module we’ll also work with the process of dying. We will do meditations to learn how to face our own death. Doing this you will also learn how to help other people to die in peace.

Kirpal Singh -Ishwara Kaur and Sat Atma will facilitate this module. The fee for this module is 590€. The accommodation fees are the same as for the other modules.
The vegetables and fruits are mainly purchased from the market gardener neighbor who grows his organic vegetables in the mountains near the place of stay.
The water in the house comes from a pure and healthy mountain water source.
The cuisine is prepared by a passionate cook who concocts wonderful vegan dishes. All food and drinks used for the meals are organic.
100% vegan meals, limited in gluten, without stimulants (no coffee, no tea, no alcohol, no tobacco), with unlimited herbal teas throughout the day.
