Need to disconnect from everyday stress and reconnect with your body? Enjoy 4 days to get back in shape and take care of yourself just a few steps from Grignan, one of the most beautiful villages in France where you can enjoy the mildness of the south in a beautiful farmhouse in Drôme Provençale. On the program: Pilates sessions to tone your figure and yoga to manage your stress. Your Detox meals will be prepared by Violaine. Depending on the dates, the Pilates and yoga teacher will be Rebecca, Alice or Aniela.

16:00-17:00 Arrival, welcome, tour of the premises and installation in the rooms
6:00 p.m. Pilates session (1 hour) followed by gentle yoga to release tension and start the weekend gently (1 hour)

09:30 Mobility session (30 minutes) followed by Pilates Booty (lower body focused 1 hour)

5:00 p.m. Yoga class (focused on twists/detox 2 hours)

09:30 Breathing and meditation (30 minutes) and Pilates Abs (focused on the abdominal strap 1 hour)
