Begin your day with free pre- yoga snacks of dried fruits, nuts, coffee or tea.Our morning outdoor yoga practice it will be a 2 hours of Vinyasa Flow for awakening your body and your mind with Pranayama and Meditation. Relaxation and full nutricious, organic brunch is surved daily after practising yoga, at the spectacular view verandas, based on yogic diet with eggs, fruits, yogurt etc... After take your free - spare time for swimming, hiking, reading, having a private thai massage session with Nabil or napping until 19:00. Evening Yoga session will be held late afternoon, as the sun begins to set, and it will be a mixture of yin and restorative practise as well as yoga nidra. A practice to stretch and chill you at the end of the day. Finish your day with delicious dinner under the stars.

My style of yoga in this retreat is going to be Vinyasa Flow with Ashtanga details for energize body and mind, Hatha and Yin Yoga, Partner Yoga and Yoga Nidra for relaxation. You will take home a more centered, restored and joyful version of yourselves. Clarity, joy, compassion and love.
I began practicing in 2000 and I am greateful for every moment of it. I ‘ve been inspired by many teachers all these years from all over the world. I try to inspire through my teaching by incorporating both physical and spiritual aspects of yoga in my practice and to encourage people looking for their inner journey towards healing and improvement.

I will teach a 2 hours thai massage workshop. One to one, body to body you ‘ll be twisted, stretched and have feet, thumbs and fist work your body. Asanas or yoga poses are also part of it. The practice promotes positive energy circulation, so you feel balanced and rejuvinated.
Since 2009, I 've been practicing in Yoga and after two years I started teaching, an engagement that put me into Therapy and specifically in traditional Thai Massage. In 2013 I completed my training at the Sunshine House. This endlessly developing technique, is the center around which my workshops are conducted and my main tool in order to give therapies, when they are needed. My basic target is to share my knowledge and through compassion and love, engourage people to discover and enable their inner Therapist.
The price of this retreat includes vegetarian meals cooked with local olive oil and vegetables from the local garden.
