After the heat and vibrancy of the summer, we are inviting you to this long weekend to relax, rejuvenate, and let the energies of the shifting season naturally flow in and through you. For a more balanced transition into autumn and winter, this weekend will include a variety of yoga practices (yin/yang, yoga nidra as well as pranayama and meditation), qi gong and some additional activities.

This retreat intends to bring you closer to yourself at a more fundamental level. There will be two practice classes and an additional activity on Saturday and Sunday. On the day of arrival, there will be a gentle evening class.
You will also have the chance to explore how to create art intuitively, from within, as well as experience and explore the healing effects of various spiritual practices. Depending on the weather, there will be a trip to the Atlantic Ocean.
The practice in the morning will include some form of concentration / meditation (dharana or dhyana) or breath control (pranayama), followed by postures (asanas) or Qi gong, and finished with relaxation in savasana or yoga Nidra.
Even though these classes will be more dynamic and more Yang in order to energize the body and center the mind and emotions, they will be adapted to each participants' needs.
The evening classes will bring in the Yin element for a more restorative and rejuvenating practice, while preparing the body and mind for a restful sleep. They will also include yoga Nidra, either as a complementary part of the class or as a stand-alone evening session.
Beginners, intermediate, as well as advanced practitioners are all welcome. By using variations and alternatives of the asanas / shapes, the classes will be adapted to make it suitable for each participant's needs.
The classes will be conducted in English. However, Yoga with Magdi also speaks German, Spanish, French, and Hungarian.
In order to respect the planet, whenever possible, Yoga with Magdi will be using fresh organic veggies and fruits grown at the retreat center or from their local producer. Of course, they also enjoy adding an exotic, regional, or Mediterranean touch.
A nourishing and flavorsome vegetarian brunch and dinner will be prepared with intentions of love and gratitude. Once you sign up for the retreat, you will receive a questionnaire from them wherein you can specify if you have any allergies or dietary restrictions they need to take into account.
Herbal infusions and teas will also be made available throughout the day.
