The Warriors House is delighted to welcome you in this private and tailor-made yoga break. Four days and three nights away for an intensive time to spend with yourself, your partner or friends, deepening your Yoga practice, on and off the mat, exclusively for you. You will spend time practicing yoga asana and meditation, whether you are looking for advance progression, or escape from the busy life. Two workshops are included in the program (Yoga Nidra & The Sound of Chakras). During the free time you can relax and rest or we can book a massage. Bicycles are available to exprore the surroundings. Studied down to the smallest detail, this yoga retreat will be a unique experience and can be customised to suit your needs.

Morning practices are energizing, while the evenings are gentle and restorative. Always with breath awareness, strengthening the body and finding peace of mind. Fight your limits with some backbends, arms balance postures and inversions. Allow yourself to be guided into deep relaxation with ancestral vibrations. Our sessions are not in a studio but in a natural environment, awakening all your senses, a gym for the spirit.

The Yoga retreat offers sound baths to refresh body, mind and soul. A relaxing practice where you come as you are, leave refreshed.
A balancing practice routine to start the day followed by an energizing yoga flow. Jala Neti Kriya is the nasal cleansing technique, that prepares us for the breathing exercises and meditation.
Yogasana and Meditation to take you to a higher state of consciousness. Overcome any obstacle, become calm to observe your inner and outer world. Learn the Bija Mantras to activate the energy of the Chakras, resonating with them, purifying the body and the mind, finding balance. Specific Mudras will be included during the mantras chanting.
Experience deeper levels of inner relaxation than you ever imagined possible. Give yourself permission to rest, balance and restore, tapping into new sources of energy. This inspired meditation practice will awaken your whole being, allowing you to enjoy life fully. There is nothing required of you but to lie down and listen.

The Warriors House prepares the meals with quality ingredients to be delicious and healthy. The food will be freshly cooked, and fruits are local or picked directly from the garden. For the last dinner together, we will settle a bonfire where we will also cook, grill, and chill.
