Embrace rest by the pool, enjoy the nature and singing birds, savour three delightful meals daily and enjoy morning and afternoon yoga classes! You have 4 sessions in total during your 3 night stay. On arrival day there is no class. Sessions begin the day after in the morning.

All classes are tailored and aimed at building strength, improving flexibility, toning muscles, and having fun! Classes are suitable for everyone, no matter their experience or age.
However, classes are not suitable for very “hardcore yogis” who are used to bending into knots and twisting into extreme poses. The yoga classes are for those looking to maintain health and balance in a non-competitive environment without the practice of extreme poses.
Suitable for solo travelers
The 4-day/ 3-night Yoga Get-away is suitable for everyone. Most participants travel alone so don’t worry if you arrive on your own.
All levels are welcome, Sally Goldfinger particularly has many beginners and intermediates who come or people who do yoga now and again.
