The kitchen staff will prepare both traditional Costa Rican and Western dishes. The organic orchard has many trails to explore. The mix of fruit trees, shrubs, and rainforest attracts all kinds of wildlife making it difficult to get to the sweetest fruit first. The collection has many well-known types of tropical fruit, including mango, starfruit, papaya, passion fruit, pineapple, banana, guava, grapefruit, sweet lemon, lime, and oranges. Less widely known types of tropical fruit are, for example, jackfruit, mangosteen, and South American sapote. Days Off Only breakfast is included during the days off so that you can also explore the area around and some of the restaurants nearby. It is also possible to purchase meals at the hotel for those days. Other Dietary Requirements Vegetarian diets or other special dietary requirements are easily accommodated. A reservation requires a deposit of 21% of the total price. The deposit is non-refundable, if the booking is cancelled. The rest of the payment should be paid 30 days before arrival.
