300 Hours Vinyasa & Yin Yoga Teacher Training Course

Our 300 hour yoga teacher training program is an intensive course of over 26 days focused on vinyasa flow, yin yoga & meditation including yoga Nidra as the key elements of this course. It will help you further deepen your understanding of asana & yoga practice besides giving you the right tools for becoming an effective yoga teacher taking you to the next level. Before taking this course we understand that you should have already completed a 200 hour yoga teacher training in any style with a school which is yoga alliance certified. This course along with your previous course will help you register with Yoga Alliance as a 500 Hour RYT (Registered Yoga Teacher). The primary focus of this course is to help you go deeper in your ability to lead a vinyasa flow style yoga class besides Yin yoga & meditation class. Most of your time will be spent on learning how to sequence a vinyasa flow class and a yin yoga class along with the deeper understanding of the different techniques of meditation & how to use them for better understanding of the self.

Pre Requisites for this 300 hour yoga ttc goa course:

• You should have some basic practice of yoga whether regular or irregular does not matter.
• Willingness & openness to learn about yoga in depth not only from an understanding of asana practice but also the spiritual side of yoga.
• We are good to work around some limitations like injuries but you should be in overall good health does matter what age.

Week 1 - Hatha Yoga :

• Introduction to the origins of yoga, the history of the main styles of yoga.
• Four paths of yoga; Bhakti, Raja, Karma & Jaana yoga.
• Hatha yoga practice each day for 90 minutes.
• How to sequence a Hatha yoga class.
• Adjustment & alignment techniques.
• Introduction to human anatomy & its relevance in yoga.
• Introduction to Yogic Philosophy covering patanjali yoga sutras.
• Art of teaching yoga.
• Close the day with an evening reflection practice using restorative yoga or an easy class on Hatha yoga.
• Teaching a small group of students like three to four students for a short time under the guidance of our experienced teachers who will help you through this process.

Week 2 - Ashtanga Yoga :

• Introduction to the eight limbs of yoga; Yama, Niyama, Asana, Pranayama, Pratayahara, Dharana, Dhyana, Samadhi.
• Four elements of Ashtanga Yoga; Vinyasa, Ujjayi pranayama, Bandhas & Drishti.
• Ashtanga Yoga practice each day for 90 minutes.
• How to sequence a Ashtanga Yoga class.
• Adjustment & alignment techniques.
• Art of communication as a yoga teacher.
• Understanding of human anatomy in details covering Body bio-mechanics.
• Yogic Anatomy covering chakras & energetic body.
• Yogic philosophy.
• Close each day with an evening reflection practice using restorative yoga like yin yoga or a gentle flow class.
• Teaching a small group of students Ashtanga yoga under the supervision of our senior teachers.

Week 3 - Vinyasa Flow :

• Introduction to Vinyasa flow.
• Vinyasa flow practice each day for 90 minutes.
• How to sequence a Vinyasa flow class.
• Basic principles of Ayurveda & yoga therapy.
• Prevention of injuries.
• The principles of observation, demonstration & instruction.
• Business aspect of yoga & professional development.
• Yogic philosophy.
• Adjustment & alignment techniques.
• Physical & the physiological body.
• Close the day with evening reflection practice using restorative yoga or a gentle flow class.

Last 3 days of 300 Hour Multi Style Yoga Teacher Training Goa Course :

• Teaching practicums where the whole group will be divided into small groups of 2 to 4 students & you will jointly prepare class for the whole group in any of your chosen preferred style of yoga.
• Our teachers will give you a constructive positive feedback at the end of each session which will inspire you to do better in your journey of being a yoga teacher.
• Graduation ceremony.
