We want this training to help you continue your training to become an exceptional, inspiring, and wise teacher. You will learn how to encourage, nurture and support your clients, not only in their Yoga practice but also off the mat until the moment they hold their newborn in their arms.
Program
We hope that you can be part of the intimate circle of your clients during childbirth, in order to pass on your knowledge on questions around self-care, the journey taken by the future father, the relief of back pain, and the connection between the mother and the unborn child.
Time will be devoted to postpartum yoga.
Our teaching style is passionate, curiosity-driven, accessible and non-judgmental. We draw on our years of experience to enable you to teach the people in front of you, adapting to their needs, just as we do in our training. We hope to ignite the flame of inspiration, education, and motivation in you, to make your own choices as a teacher and student and to encourage your own students to follow their own path of practice.
