In the Seasonal Retreats, several techniques from different cultures are used to focus on the cleansing, purification, understanding, and strength of the organs and emotions that correspond to and favor the season in which one is working. Each morning begins with Kundalini Yoga, breakfast, an outdoor Chi-Kung practice and a medicinal circle. Seasonal, vegetarian food is served for lunch. The afternoons always include free time and various activities such as temacal, sauna, shiatsu massage, crafts, and music. It is requested to refrain from using cell phones on the retreat grounds and if possible throughout the weekend.
