During the course, students will enjoy nutritious vegetarian meals prepared with care and intention. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are provided daily, except for Sunday lunch and dinner, as Sunday is a free day. Bali and India are renowned for their flavorful and wholesome cuisines. This training integrates the principles of Yoga and Ayurveda, teaching how to balance the body through diet. Different foods influence the body’s systems and elements, and students will experience delicious, healthy meals that nourish both body and mind. The kitchen team, guided by the retreat, prepares meals with spiritual intention. They avoid using meat, eggs, or alcohol and encourage students to refrain from these during the program for a holistic experience.
