During the four weeks together, you will immerse yourself in the wisdom of the elements, yoga, meditation, sound healing, shamanic journeys and sacred ceremonies. This will help you deepen your spiritual practice and find new inspiration for your everyday life and yoga classes. Immerse yourself in the magic of shamanic yoga and gain a new perspective on the way you practice yoga and perceive the elements that make us up. It is a 40-hour Yoga Alliance training course.

The Elemental Yoga Experience will help you deepen your spiritual practice and inspire you to add new elements to your own yoga practice and teaching. The wisdom of shamanism paired with yogic philosophy will help you initiate a process of personal development. You will learn to understand yourself, Mother Earth and the elements better and I will show you how you can honor all of these aspects in sacred ceremonies and in your yoga practice. This training is designed to fit into everyone's daily life as it includes live yoga classes as well as recorded content that you can enjoy whenever you want. If you miss a yoga session, you also have the opportunity to catch up on the session by recording the class. The only exception here is the sacred ceremony that takes place every Monday. There will be no recording here.
The retreat includes inspiring content such as recipes and prayers from Monday to Friday, recorded meditations and a total of eight live classes that take place every Monday, Thursday and Saturday at 7:00 p.m. You will also gain insight into your shamanic natural horoscope. On Thursdays (6 p.m.) you meet in a study group and deepen your knowledge together. Valuable theory will be conveyed to you here.
You will have all recordings available until the end of the course if you miss one or more units.
On the weekend you will receive journaling questions to help you reflect

The prerequisite for participation is at least average physical, mental and psychological resilience.
The Serra Vida team will conjure up a balanced, wonderful menu for you that will nourish you throughout the days for the energetic work you will experience. It will be fully vegan cuisine - delicious and the organizers will make sure that everyone is fed.
