300 Hours Advanced Yoga Teacher Training Course is for those students and teachers who have already completed their 200 hours of yoga teacher training and want to take their education to the next level. This 300-hour yoga teacher training is a 28-day yoga teacher training course that provides 300 instructional hours.
People who have been practicing yoga for a long time can also join the 300-hour advanced yoga teacher training course not just for the certificate but also to attain a higher realization of yoga to spread the brightness to the whole world.
A high degree of self-motivation is required for all aspects of the course. The practice and especially the teaching of yoga demand a high degree of self-discipline and purity. To ensure the success of the program, participants are required to attend all spiritual activities, meditation sessions, lectures, and asana classes. Meat, fish, eggs, black tea, coffee, alcohol, tobacco, drugs, and nudity are prohibited during the course as they are counterproductive to the yoga practice. Participants who do not comply with the school rules may be dismissed from the course.

From a yogic perspective, food is much more than just a nutrition to the physical body. As a full-fledged yogic practice demands a proper supplementation of the body with nutrients, the energetic aspect of nutrition is also to be taken into consideration while determining your choice of diet. Following the teachings of Ayurveda, the students are provided with tasty vegetarian meals 3 times a day for the duration of the course. Our food is prepared very hygienically with love by our experienced and lovely kitchen team members. The meals are unlimited buffet style. We provide food with all of the various vegetarian dishes appropriate for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
