Experience Overview
One of the beauties of Kundalini Yoga is that you can experience the benefits in a very short time. A regular practice will help you feel happier, healthier, and more energised; the powerful breathwork and kriyas will awaken more creativity making you feel more confident, inspired and productive. Veg Diet is required
200 hours of Kundalini Yoga TTC covers
Kundalini Kriyas Asanas level 1 & 2, (100) Teaching Methodology 110hs
Three yogic meals per day will be served from Mondays to Saturdays. On Sunday, meals are not included, but students can try the vegetarian restaurants that are within walking distance from the school.
