Take the first step into a lifestyle that will completely change your life. This training will prepare you to become an embodied yogi. This is for those looking to integrate yoga into their daily life to improve their physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health. This is also for both advanced practitioners who are ready to take on yoga as a profession, as well as beginners who would like to explore yoga as a daily practice and lifestyle for two immersive weeks!
You will also get to eat delicious, nourishing plant-based meals. The retreat centre is surrounded by beautiful nature and the weather is often perfect this time of year.
You will be guided to dive into the practical aspect of yoga. You will learn and practice a wide range of yoga asanas (postures), pranayama (breathing techniques), mantra (chanting), dhyana (meditation), and more traditional and modern practices.
You will develop a strong foundation in your own yoga practice, focusing on alignment, flexibility, strength, and balance (for the mind, body, and heart). This is where you will be supported to build your own personal practice and refine your techniques, which you can later share as a certified yoga teacher.
