Experience Overview

Our 200-hour Yin Yoga teacher training course is designed as a Yoga Alliance continuing education course (YACEP) for yoga teachers. It can also be taken by anyone interested in the practice, without wanting to become a teacher, as it is a wonderful practice to benefit anyone in daily life.

Food Overview

Meals are vegan, with a variety of dishes (cooked and raw). Thai and international cuisine.
