100 hour Yoga Teacher Training in Goa
The 100 Hour Yoga Teacher Training Course Goa is part of the 200 Hour yoga teacher training Course Goa offered at Shivoham Yoga School. This is a short-term yoga course for the students who can’t complete 200-Hour yoga teacher training course in the traditional four weeks.
Shivoham Yoga school offers you the opportunity to complete the 200-Hours Yoga teacher training course in two sections. These two sections must be completed within the year of commencement and the 200-Hour YTTC certificate will be awarded to the student once all the required hours, assignments and examinations are successfully completed.
The course syllabus follows Yoga Alliance Professionals 200-Hour YTTC standards includes Ashtanga Vinyasa, Hatha Yoga classes, Anatomy, Philosophy, Meditation, Mantra Chanting & Kriya Yoga.
On completion of the first 100-Hour YTTC syllabus, You will be awarded certification of 100-Hour Yoga teacher training course Goa program.

10:30 am – 11:30pm – Anatomy/ Hands on Adjustment / Yoga Therapy
12:00 pm – 1:00 pm – Philosophy – Yoga Philosophy
1:00 pm – 2:00 pm – Lunch
2:00 pm – 3:00 pm – Karma Yoga / Painting / Bhakti Yoga
3:00pm – 4:15pm – Alignment / Workshops /Acro Yoga
4:30pm – 5:45PM – Ashtanga Vinyasa – Primary Series, Intermediate Series
6:00pm – 7:00PM – Mediation / Yoga Nidra

Shivoham Yoga Goa 100 hrs Yoga Teacher Training Course starts with a strong physical foundation, evolving into energetic, mental, emotional and spiritual practice. Our Teacher Training Course is a fusion of Hatha Yoga & Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga. Key principles and rules of yoga are taught by the teachers of Shivoham Yoga and dedicated practitioners to help you gain an in-depth understanding, knowledge and insight into the methodology and the effects of yoga practice of Yoga.
The Shivoham Yoga system encourages function within an existing society, rather than against it or apart from it. This allows for deeper connections with the spiritual and physical beings that surround us on a daily basis. When individuality is inspired and oneness within community is celebrated, the teachings become inclusive of infinite possibilities.
BREAKFAST: Oats porridge, muesli, brown bread, fresh tropical and seasonal fruits, herbal tea, milk, yogurt, and one traditional Indian breakfast, different every day. LUNCH: Fresh salads, sautéed vegetables, lentils, beans , rice, Indian bread, and more. DINNER: We close our day with delicious traditional Indian food, along with healthy salads and healthy soups TEA BREAKS: You will enjoy herbal or masala tea, twice a day. FILTERED WATER: There is unlimited free filtered water available all the time.
