Lecture on four kind of muscle stresses that a bodyworker faces in their clients.
Demonstration of techniques of Short, precise movements over the different tissue with Hands, Fist, fingers and Knuckles.
Working on the Main Intrinsic Muscles & Superficial Fascia bands
Lecture on Fascia.
Detox Powders to be used in the massage.
Demonstration of techniques of Long, movements over the intrinsic Muscles and Upper Fascia Bands using Forearm and Elbow.

The training is offered by Chetan of Rasovai and is conducted at the location of Oceanic Yoga in Morjim Goa, India.
This is a massage that combines the use of sequenced, firm and effective massage strokes with Assisted Contact Yogic openings followed by further massage on the muscles and tendons that block & resist the stretches.
This table based massage is relaxing, rejuvenating and also a therapeutic transforming bodywork leading to Freedom from Restrictions, dissolving of Character Structural Armoring, Flowing of more Prana & Vitality in the body and restoration of Balance in the body, mind and Emotions.
This bodywork is given on a massage mattress on the floor without needing a table.

Chetan is the lead teacher of Ayur Balance Massage, Yoga Anatomy & Meditation TTC, he has graduated in Science, Masters degree in Reiki, Diploma in Ayurveda Massage, Diploma in Abhyanga and Marma Massage, Diploma in Ayurveda Yoga Massage, Studies in Anatomy- Physiology, Psychosomatic Conditions, studied and practiced Meditation and Healing.
Dr. Urja is a doctor of Ayurveda and teacher at Rasovai, she has a doctors degree in Ayurveda, Diploma in Ayurveda Dietetics, Diploma in Ayurveda Yoga massage, Abhyanga Massage, Marma Massage, Bio-Energetics Works, deep tissue works and Reiki masters degree.
They conduct 12-day Massage Therapist Training Course (100 hrs Training) of Ayurbalance Ayurveda bodywork, 200 hours Advance training of Ayurbalance Ayurveda bodywork, Ayurveda Yoga Massage Training, 7-day Abhyanga, Marma massage and Shirodhara Course and 100 Hours Sammyak Meditation Teacher Training.
These trainings are conducted at Wellness Inn, Ashvem – North Goa. The location also includes rooms and meals for the participants of the programs.
