The retreat location is set on the east side of mountain of Olympus, Greece, overlooking the Aegean Sea. The nature is beyond stunning, the location is remoted and quiet and there are various walks you can enjoy in the break times.
Yorgos is an experienced meditation teacher and will support each person as needed in the overall schedule and process of the retreat, so rest assured the schedule will be applied as needed per individual.
Yorgos is supported by Charlotte who guides the Yoga Classes and is there to be a feminine support for the group and process. She brings her devotional songs, and careful dedication to these ancient practices.
All meals will be provided during this training. Meals include lots of fresh fruit and variety and follow a yogic diet that has been appreciated for many years by the groups.
