You will begin your day with a morning yoga session before having a healthy breakfast. During the week, you will have two daily trips to go on hikes and visit architectural sites around the island, letting you explore this beautiful, ancient paradise. When you return from your day's activities, you will relax with a second session of yoga before dinner. In addition to these, you will have guided meditation sessions to help you relax completely, making you feel healthier and happier after only eight days.
