You are invited to join this 8-day retreat in Costa Rica where you will experience yoga classes, daily meditation, a sound bath, a Cacao ceremony, as well as an onsite massage. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are included daily. For days that you will be doing excursions, you can have bagged lunches prepared.

There will be a sunrise yoga session daily where you move your bodies and set clear intentions. There will also be a sunset yoga session daily for reflection and relaxation.
All yoga classes are optional.
Prayer is talking and meditation is listening. It really can be that simple. There will be daily meditation. Creating a meditation practice benefits the body / mind / emotion connection. This practice helps you to cultivate self-awareness and then expand into external awareness.
To participate in meditation is optional.
To cultivate wellness you have included one on-site massage. You will have 2 massage therapists come to the retreat center and give everyone a massage on Saturday to help you relax into the experience and release your travel stresses.
There will be an option to book another massage in your free time (additional costs) during the retreat.
You are hosting a sound bath healer at the retreat center. Your body is frequency and sound bowls are an ancient form of healing.
How it works? You get your body really comfortable with props, close your eyes and just listen to the sound bath. You may even fall asleep. This is very soothing for the body and mind.
Sound bath is optional to attend.
Specific to and sacred in Cost Rica, cacao is a plant stimulant compatible with caffeine. It’s gentle and through this ancient ceremony, you connect to a deeper space inside of yourselves.
Ceremony is optional.

The menu is vegetarian-based to detoxify and support anti-inflammatory purification. Eggs will be available as well as plant-based protein to ensure that our minds and bodies are getting the nutrients they need.

A reservation requires a deposit of 50% of the total price. The deposit is non-refundable, if the booking is cancelled. The rest of the payment should be paid 30 days before arrival.
