You are invited to Ayurvedic Detox Yoga Retreat in beautiful Tarifa, guided by a professional Yoga Therapist and an Ayurvedic Health coach, to experience the special benefits of yoga poses, meditation, and pranayama.
The group will be no bigger than 12 people and you can treat yourself with ayurvedic massages.
There will be two different yoga classes every day. A very special Gong Meditation and some other surprises.
Ayurvedic food will be made by an experienced ayurvedic chef. She will share a lot of her knowledge about Ayurveda with you so that you can do the optimized cure.
If you want to have a relaxed, healthy, and energizing week this retreat will be perfect for you.
The classes will be held in English and German.
