Ayurveda is a 5,000-year-old medical science that has its roots in the Vedic culture of India. This type of medicine has been a source of inspiration for Tibetan medicine, traditional Chinese medicine, early Greek medicine and even modern medicine.
The Science of Life, Ayurveda is much more than a system meant to treat illness. It's the solution for a balanced life and the secret behind your inner harmony. Ayurveda believes that our happiness hides in a healthy body, a balanced mind and a peaceful spirit.
Humans are part of nature, so it's only natural for their well-being to rely on these three primary elements: Vata (Wind), Pitta (Fire) and Kapha (Earth).
A balance (harmony) of mind, body, and soul is considered to be the definition of a healthy life according to Ayurveda principles. In order to achieve this balance, the toxins have to be eliminated to calm down your mind and get your body cleansed.
Peacock Ayurveda Garden detox program combines physical and mental cleansing, by using Ayurvedic Detox treatments, that are individually assigned by professional Ayurveda doctors.
In addition to the treatments, the detox program includes yoga, pranayama, and Ayurvedic food and allows the guests to relax in a tranquil environment, surrounded by nature. After seven days at our resort, you will leave with a clearer mind, enhanced energy levels, radiant skin, and the feeling of lightness in the body and mind.
