Lea has designed this course to allow you to restore feminine energies that may be exhausted or diminished. You will feel regenerated, having found your strength and your unique power as a woman.
In the morning, after a yogic ritual, let yourself be carried away by an ideal yang practice to energize yourself: the Dragon Dance, a liberating sequence at the crossroads of Vynyasa and Qi Gong, a whole symbolism to awaken, fight, and tame the yang that lies dormant within oneself.
Lea suggests you practice intermittent fasting to lighten the body and mind and get all the benefits of a morning yoga practice on an empty stomach (this is not obligatory, drinks, dried fruits, and cake stations remain available).
Free time after brunch will allow you to enjoy the massage or energy treatment (included), the swimming pool or sauna, the incredible garden on site or even nature walks in the surrounding area.
Enjoy a variety of practices, such as a day close to the wild world on the heights of Belhekarre to awaken the magician within, a free dance workshop to (re)discover the intuitive language of your body, or even fascinating conferences on Ayurveda for women or the Sacred Feminine.
The afternoon is dedicated to yin times with yin yoga and yoga nidra sessions to explore non-action and letting go and deeply relax the body and mind, meditations and precious mantra chants to open and vibrate the heart by gaining confidence in one's voice/path, and rituals practiced within a sacred circle.
The food comes from the vegetable garden and is supplemented with local and organic products. You will taste succulent, inventive, and colorful vegetarian cuisine magnificently prepared by two Finnish chefs.
