Take advantage of the summer break to give yourself some time just for you. The yogic practices will fill you with energy in the sumptuous and warm setting of the Lascoutch cottage, for a peaceful and confident return to school. This course will include meditation, pranayama and vinyasa and/or hatha yoga in the morning, philosophy, gentle yoga and gong baths in the late afternoon, and yoga nidra sessions in the evening before bedtime.

At 07:00: Yogi Thé et fruits
08:00-09:30: Yoga dynamique (vinyasa ou hatha) et pranayama avec Frédérique
09:30-11:30: Petit déjeuner et temps libre
11:30-13:30 : Théorie/Philosophie du yoga et méditation avec Frédérique et Bernardo (ou temps libre ou randonnée selon les jours)
13:30-14:30 : Breakfast
2:30-5:30 PM: Temps libre (soin, massage, repos)
5:30 PM - 7:30 PM: Yoga during your yoga nidra with a bain de Gong
19:30-20:30 : Dinner
