Fabienne Uma and Eva Peel, from the Cosmic Yoga France association, offer you a yoga retreat in an old Charente residence 15 km from Royan, near the ocean. Enjoy an ideal setting for relaxation and revitalization with two yoga practices per day and full board accommodation for 7 days.
Morning :
8:30 a.m.: Vinyasa Yoga or Hatha Yoga practice
10:30 a.m.: Breakfast
Conference on themes related to yoga
Afternoon :
Lunch at home or departure to the beach with a packed lunch
Free time (schedule depending on the weather)
6 p.m.: Yin Yoga or gentle yoga class

7:30 p.m. - 8:30 p.m.: Dinner

During this Qi Gong and meditation stay, Franck will accompany you and provide you with tools to integrate into your daily life in order to develop the infinite powers of Space and Presence that reside in each of us.
After the morning meditations, all levels and guided, whose themes such as letting go, creativity but also self-confidence will allow you to reveal the best of yourself, you will practice different Qi gong sequences such as:
Meditative walks in the heart of nature and self-massage workshops, with the sharing of acupuncture points to stimulate yourself, will enrich the range of concepts in traditional Chinese medicine that you will benefit from during this stay.
You will of course have plenty of time to take time for yourself and recharge your batteries in complete freedom.
The days will end with inspiring evening meditations.
You can also book individual Shiatsu and sophrology sessions to make your experience towards your well-being unforgettable (not included in the price, to be booked on site with Franck).
For the last day, Franck suggests that you share a meal together with market products and, in the evening, enjoy a dinner at the restaurant. The meals of this last day are therefore not included in the final price.
