Mangrove Villa Yoga Retreat consists of three cottages and two comfortable bungalow rooms. All rooms have a beautiful garden and river view. There are comfortable chairs on the veranda for you to enjoy the scenic beauty and specially designed sunbeds that will let you relax under mangroves in a peaceful environment while you feel the natural breeze of the Bentota River. With only five rooms, the number of guests is limited to six to 12 people. This allows Mangrove Villa Yoga Retreat to fully concentrate on you and your special needs.

Yoga is mainly practiced in the river view yoga shala, which is essentially an open-sided mangrove jungle that brings to you morning fresh air and gentle breeze. There will be basic and advanced training in yoga according to your level and relaxing time.
