This yoga retreat package is limited to eight guests only so that each participant will receive the appropriate attention in each class and ample space to practice. There will be plenty of free time for trips around the beautiful island of Koh Samui, massages and spa treatments which can be easily organized on a day-to-day basis as a group or on individual basis.

The program is designed for individuals from all backgrounds. Check-in is from 2:00 pm on the date of arrival and check-out is at noon on the date of departure. The first class is at 5:00 pm where students are introduced to the basic foundations of asanas (yoga postures) with a short guided meditation. The second class will be at 9:00 am the following morning. A basic breathing technique is introduced with a gentle flow of foundation-level asana postures. Each class is 75 minutes. Except for the arrival and departure days, students will attend two classes each day.
Students are also offered the option to attend meditation at 7:00 am and 7:30 am instead of the 9:00 am session. Meals are served a-la-carte at Greenlight Café Fisherman's Village Samui. Students have the opportunity to experience a nutrition-based meal twice a day. Students can choose their meals from an extensive menu catering to vegans, vegetarians, pescatarians, and flexitarians (only fish and chicken).
ShahdaYoga does not serve red meat or pork and they do not use preservatives, vegetable oils, or refined sugar. All items on the menu are cleanly curated to nourish and support the body as well as optimize the benefits of the yoga practice. Juice, infused water, and coffee or tea are served with every meal. Each meal is served only after each practice daily. There is plenty of free time in between classes.
Students are recommended to either enjoy their rest so the body can digest and regenerate in between meals and classes or enjoy a short day trip around the island in their free time which is usually around 11:00 am to 4:00 pm The beach and a variety of shops, spas, boutiques, and art galleries are a short walk from the studio. At the end of the seven-day program of consistent yoga practice, students will become aware of a sense of freedom both in their body and their mind.
