Rediscover calmness with Ayurveda! Walk into Ayurvedagram Bali and feel your STRESS melt away. Address body and mind imbalances holistically to reduce anxiety & stress.
Life presents us with challenges that may seem insurmountable, leaving us overwhelmed, anxious and depleted.
However, a wealth of Ayurvedic knowledge has been around for over 3000 years, which can help you cultivate a
strong immune system and a resilient mind. Handle stress in a mindful way and navigate life's challenges with
calmness.
Stress is anything that stimulates ‘the fight or flight’ response in your body - it may be real, perceived, psychological or physical. When stress is prolonged without relief, it impairs your immunity, leading to serious lifestyle diseases. Ayurvedic wisdom does not view stress in isolation. Instead, it is seen as a disruption of both body and mind, an imbalance of your tridosha - Vata, Pitta and Kapha that affects your digestive fire (Agni) and the body tissues (Dhatus).

Stress is anything that stimulates ‘the fight or flight’ response in your body - it may be real, perceived,

lifestyle diseases. Ayurvedic wisdom does not view stress in isolation. Instead, it is seen as a disruption of both

body tissues (Dhatus).
Physical health issues most often stem from a disturbed mind. Prolonged mental stress keeps the sympathetic
nervous system in a permanent state of arousal, leading to illness over time. However, short bursts of stress are
beneficial for the body and mind as they trigger immune responses in the body and build resilience in the mind.
There is however no ‘one-size-fits-all’ and it is your dosha (unique constitution) that determines how much stress
you can withstand without being adversely affected. Vata-predominant people have less resilience to stress and
find it difficult to cope with it; while Pitta dosha people need the mental stimulus of accomplishment at work to be
happy. Kapha individuals have the best stamina to cope, hence need both physical and mental stimulation to lead
a productive and energetic life.
Unfortunately, there is no button to banish or regulate the degree of stress! Practising balance is very often the
most challenging part. We at Ayurvedagram Bali invite you to get away for a while to breathe under the clear skies,
embrace rejuvenating Ayurvedic therapies, yogic exercise and meditate. Our Package offers a holistic approach
that will restore the balance of your doshas, calm your nervous system and improve your sleep pattern. You will
feel naturally balanced and strong!
Our Stress Management Package offers dosha-specific therapies, guided yoga and meditative healing practices to
help overcome the physical, emotional and psychological issues that arise due to stress. A personalized dietary
plan supplemented with herbs such as Ashwagandha, Brahmi and Tulsi will put your nervous system on track and
gently guide you towards a healthier routine. With consistent pranayama practice, your energy begins to flow
inwards, your mind trains to steer clear of energy-wasting thoughts, and you begin to function in a healthy way.
You experience reduced incidence of anxiety or panic. You emerge happy and in control of your ‘fight or flight’
response to stressors.
Our Stress Management Package is designed to help you achieve balance using the time-tested wisdom of Ayurveda. A carefully selected range of Ayurvedic therapies address your current health situation and lead to a calm state of body and mind. The essential first step of the treatment is to restore the balance of your tridosha - kapha, vata & pitta. As stress aggravates the Vata Dosha, the treatment plan focuses on soothing, grounding and calming Ayurvedic therapies and Yoga techniques.
A wealth of benefits:

Rejuvenation of the body
Relaxation of the nervous system
Increased alertness & concentration
Improved memory & mental clarity
