The Beach House Goa is a beachfront wellness sanctuary located on the quiet sands of Sernabatim Beach in South Goa. Operated by Sanda Retreats, this boutique health center combines medical and holistic therapies in an intimate setting with just around 15 elegant rooms. It offers a peaceful retreat experience centered on Ayurvedic healing, yoga, meditation, and wellness education. Guests begin with a comprehensive health assessment and consultations with Ayurvedic doctors, nutritionists, and wellness experts. Daily schedules include therapeutic yoga, pranayama, guided meditation, bespoke diet plans, detox treatments, spa sessions, and wellness workshops. All meals are pure vegetarian and tailored to individual body types. All rooms are air-conditioned and have an attached bathroom with running hot water, the rooms are also equipped with cloth hangers, a wardrobe, and other facilities required for a long stay. All windows and doors have a mosquito net. All rooms have a balcony and chair and table and appropriate lighting. There is a security guard at night for the safety of the students. Also, some common areas and entrances are under CCTV surveillance for security purposes. There is a parking space for cars /scooters as well. The center includes a vegetarian restaurant on the top of the hill in Deck style and has a wonderful view o the ocean from there. Wi-Fi and filtered drinking water are always available in the kitchen area. We have washing machines so that students can wash their clothes and also a drying area for clothes.
