My name is Eleftheria Mylonaki and for as long as I can remember I have been in constant motion, dancing, running and exercising!
In 2009 I graduated from the University of Western Macedonia (Department of Financial Applications) and shortly after that I started a new course of study and subject at the Health and Fitness Academy in London. There I received my first certification in Mat Pilates All Levels and at the same time I trained at the Circus Fit Academy in Aerial Pilates.
My first lessons start at Gymbox in Farringdon and since knowledge never stops, I continue and learn alongside top teachers from abroad.
Upon my return to Athens, I began collaborating with Gyms and Studios and at the same time trained in Reformer Pilates, Cadillac and Props at Evita Iliopoulos - Cinesiology, where I graduated, starting to gain many hours of experience with various groups and student cases.
Additionally, I am also involved in Yoga, as a student exploring several types of Yoga and I decide to attend the Flower Kids Yoga School Training with Christina Matsi and the Pre/Post Natal Yoga with Maria Mouchtaridou.
I am a certified Pre/Post Natal Pilates Reformer/Mat/Props by AF Studies.
I have also attended other seminars such as Recovery through Pilates and Yoga for Breast Cancer by NYSY studios with Alexandra Rossopoulos.
All these years my approach has been a combination of classical and modern Pilates, adding touches from all my Teachers and of course I developed my own way of teaching, always giving priority to proper breathing and correct technique.
