This comprehensive program is designed for individuals who aspire to become Aerial Yoga Teachers or those who want to deepen their Aerial Yoga Practice. While a 200-hour Yoga Teacher training is not mandatory, having one can greatly benefit your teaching practice. Held at the stunning yoga retreat center Wonderland, you'll be surrounded by lush greenery and indulge in a delicious vegan buffet for all three meals.
Daily vegan breakfast, lunch, and dinner are included in the price. Smoothies, juices, and fresh coconuts are available throughout the day to help you cool down and refresh. The delicious and healthy vegan cuisine utilizes the abundant local and organic produce and contains no monosodium glutamate, refined sugar, artificial colors, flavorings, or preservatives. The menu has been created with the influence of many different cultures and is constantly evolving with the input from visiting expert vegan chefs. Wonderland Healing Center can even organize vegan and raw food workshops so that you may take your healthy habits home with you.
