Our 500 hour Yoga Teacher Training in Goa and Dharamsala allows you to combine the Yoga Alliance 200 hour and 300 hour requirements into a single course. This option represents a deep commitment to the yogic path and will prepare you to teach within your community. Upon completion, you will be eligible to register with the Yoga Alliance and teach at the RYT-500 level. Once registered, an RYT-500 may provide credit-bearing continuing education classes and workshops to other yoga teachers.

500 Hour Yoga Alliance Teacher Certification in India-

Our courses are led by Vijay Amar who has been practicing for over 45 years and has decades of experience as a yoga teacher. Teacher Training Courses are offered in Ashtanga Vinyasa flow, Vinyasa flow, Power Vinyasa Yoga, and Hatha Vinyasa.
The residential package includes three vegetarian meals per day and herbal-ayurvedic drinks. We provide four option in meals, Vegan, Gluten free, Sattvic, and Vegetarian Diet. All meals are prepared following traditional Ayurvedic ways; we use fresh vegetables and seasonal fruits, no refined sugar, no refined oil, and no refined salt is used for cooking.
Deposit is non-refundable and can be used for any course during the following 3 years.
