3:30 p.m.: Welcome of participants with a welcome tea

Presentation of the premises and installation

5:30-7:00 p.m.: Yoga session for a gentle arrival

8:00 p.m.: Dinner

Day 2

08:15-09:00: Muscle awakening + meditation “all my senses alert” on the terrace

09:00-10:00: Breakfast

10:00: Departure for a picnic and yoga hike

4:00 p.m.: Return to free time and massage for those who wish

6:30 p.m.: Yoga nidra (deep relaxation) + Tibetan bowl concert

8:00 p.m.: Dinner

Day 3

08:30-10:30: muscle awakening + hatha yoga

Why would you do this internship?

• Hatha yoga, which has the sole desire to adapt the technique to each practitioner in order to reap all the benefits. No performance, no desire to do. The asanas (postures) become places of experiences. It is therefore a practice for everyone where you will develop attention. Your perceptions will become more and more refined in order to establish a real source of connection to the essential.
• The magic and natural sweetness of the place will act as a balm. It is in attention, quiet power, gentleness and self-respect that I suggest you evolve in yoga.
• Meditation and Tibetan bowls will accompany your yoga practice for greater letting go.
• Valérie will also offer you yoga nidra which is a deep relaxation technique where nothing is to be done but just let yourself be.
• The hikes are accessible to all. You will walk about 5 km for a height difference of 300M. During the hikes, yoga breaks will be taken under the chestnut trees to practice yoga and meditation carried by the energy of nature. An experience where time stands still.
• This stay will be punctuated by free time, sharing, and discovery. You can stroll around the surroundings or simply enjoy the gardens and shaded terraces of this bucolic place.

A reservation requires a deposit of 20% of the total price. The deposit is non-refundable, if the booking is canceled. The rest of the payment should be paid on arrival.
