4 Days Weekend Of Yoga, Meditation, Ayurveda Treatments And Massages In Cérilly, Allier, France

Leave for a long weekend during a yoga, Ayurvedic treatment, Ayurvedic cure and massage course. Arrival is at 6 p.m., and departure at 3 p.m. During this course you will discover Ayurvedic treatments in the purest Indian tradition, morning yoga classes or even meditation in the forest.

Day 1:

from 5 p.m.: arrival and installation

7:30 p.m.: Ayurvedic meal

8:30 p.m.: Presentation of the weekend

9 p.m.: Yoga Nidra (deep relaxation)

Day 2:

7:30 a.m.: Yoga class

9am: Breakfast

Between 10 a.m. and 1 p.m.: Ayurvedic treatment or free time

1 p.m.: Ayurvedic meal

Between 2:30 p.m. and 5 p.m.: Ayurvedic treatment or free time

5 p.m.: Forest bathing, guided walking meditation

7:30 p.m.: Ayurvedic meal

8:30 p.m.: Discovery and knowledge workshop on Ayurveda

Day 3:

7:30 a.m.: Yoga class

9am: Breakfast

Between 10 a.m. and 1 p.m.: Ayurvedic treatment or free time

1 p.m.: Ayurvedic meal

Between 2:30 p.m. and 7 p.m.: Ayurvedic treatment or free time

7:30 p.m.: Ayurvedic meal

9 p.m.: Guided meditation evening (different options possible)

• A full body Abhyanga massage with Ayurvedic medicinal oil
• A great specialty treatment to choose from: Udvartana massage (toning with plant powder), Marmas massage (reflex points all over the body), Shilabhyanga massage (with hot stones) or Shirodhara (royal treatment for the nervous system)
• A head, neck and face massage
• Three Yoga sessions (1h30 each),
