Rest of the evening - Watch a movie / read a book / play a game / socialize / connect / rest

08:30 - 09:30 Morning wellness activity, such as yoga, Tai Chi, stretching
08:00 - 10:00 Breakfast (oat porridge, hot soup, noodles or congee, kefir, non-dairy milk, fresh fruit and muesli, one glass of fresh juice, herbal tea)
11:00 - 11:30 Hado counseling session 30 minutes with Tania Ho
12:30 - 14:00 Lunch (salad buffet, hot dishes such as curry, stir-fried vegetables, omelet etc., local Thai dessert, fresh fruit, and herbal tea)
16:00 - 17:00 Afternoon wellness activity, such as Pilates, body balancing or nature mandala
17:00 - 17:30 Herbal steam 30 minutes at Museflower Spa
17:30 - 19:00 Signature massage of 90 minutes at Museflower Spa
18:30 - 20:00: Dinner (simple hot dishes with salad or vegetables raw or steamed, fresh fruit, and herbal tea)
Rest of the evening option: rent a taxi to visit the night bazaar at additional cost

Museflower Retreat and Spa offers delicious, organic lacto-ovo vegetarian Thai / Asian food with buffet-style dining, three meals a day. Vegan or gluten-free options are available upon request. Fresh products are picked straight from Museflower Retreat & Spa’s on-site aquaponics system and organic garden, and it is sourced locally as much as possible.
Eating vegetarian food helps the body go through a gentle detox and feel lighter without meat. For vegetarian travelers, it is often difficult to find delicious vegetarian food while traveling. You can rest assured that we can meet your vegetarian and vegan needs with the delicious flavors or our fresh, organic, natural green cuisine.
Museflower Retreat and Spa offers family style buffet meals so that guests can choose to eat as much or as little as they want. The philosophy is “simple is bliss, bliss is simple”, so overall portion sizes and meals are light and simple, filled with lots of colors and flavors.
The breakfast and dinner buffets offer simpler dishes to keep you feeling light, while lunch is focused as the main meal of the day with more variety of dishes. They keep dinner light intentionally so your body can digest the food easier, feel lighter, and sleep better.
Thai / Asian cooking
At Museflower, they offer authentic Thai and Asian cuisine with local ingredients that you may not have experienced before. It is like a home-cooked meal with a gentler and mildly spicy taste, seasoned with love and soul prepared by the Thai kitchen team.
With the healthy Asian dining focus, they do not offer western staples or additives like bread, pastry, beans, lentils, cheese, coffee, alcohol, white sugar, protein shakes, green smoothies, and imported superfood products.
In Asian vegetarian cooking, they use tofu, soybeans, green peas and beans, oatmeal, pumpkin seeds, and broccoli as main protein sources. They also offer locally grown organic spirulina powder, a high source of iron and protein, to add to your drinks complimentary as part of the buffet.

Breakfast
8:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m.: oatmeal, one Asian hot dish (congee, boiled rice, noodle or soup), kefir, non-dairy milk such as almond or rice milk, fresh fruit and muesli, one glass of fresh juice, herbal tea, and additional egg dish to order (no limit). Coffee and bread are not served.
Lunch
12:30 p.m. - 2:00 p.m.: green salad, hot dishes such as curry, stir-fried vegetable, omelet etc., local dessert, and herbal tea.
Dinner
6:30 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.: hot soup, simple hot dish, steam vegetables with dip, and herbal tea.
Drinks and snacks menu
They offer special smoothies and fresh fruit juices, premium organic teas, and homemade chips and snacks throughout the day for guests to enjoy at extra cost. The menu is available in Soul Food Corner and the pool lounge. Orders can be taken from 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. daily, or order in advance.
Dietary requirements / food allergies
Besides lacto-ovo vegetarian food, they are able to provide vegan, gluten-free or dairy-free options for guests. Please notify upon reservation so they can prepare for you accordingly. If you have specific foods or supplements that you need for your diet or for health reasons, please do bring them with you in case you cannot find these items in Chiang Rai. You may store your food items in the community fridge in the Soul Food Corner. Please note that coffee and alcohol are not allowed in this fridge.
